1. Using Stay Up

By using Stay Up, you agree to these terms.

2. Listings and conduct

You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to use any materials you provide. You allow Stay Up to display those materials in your listing.

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content. Do not manipulate rankings or traffic, or bypass payment or security controls. We may edit or remove listings and restrict access for violations.

3. Payments and boosts

Prices are shown before checkout, and payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Paying does not guarantee a rank, traffic, or continued listing. Completed payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds or disputed payments may remove the related boost or listing.

4. External projects and availability

Listed projects are independent of Stay Up. We do not endorse or guarantee them. Stay Up may change or be unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Stay Up will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
